With a grand opening event of Audi Beaverton’s (formerly known as Sunset Audi) new terminal set for tomorrow, they were able to snag a 2017 Audi R8 V10 plus. I had the opportunity to take a series of photos while it was parked in a separate building, away from most prying eyes.
More photos tomorrow.

its appears to be an Audi R8 of some kind. The R8 - The TT platinum edition.

What’s nuts is how cheap the R8 V8 is becoming. It’s a good car. and it’s in he Price range of sub 70K now. Possibly mid 60’s.

Well, only if the TT were mid-rear longitudinally mounted and sends nearly all of its power to the rear axle by default.

Technicality that means very little to the average TT+ buyer. Nice shots, BTW. I like the R8, but it really is just a show off car for mild extroverts. I like the current (old?) R8 though, Here are a couple of shots of a V10 in my parking garage I took a little while ago

Which makes sense as it’s a halo car for Audi. As much as I really, really like (and want) an R8, I would actually be much happier with an RS 7 or the next gen RS 5 ;)

heheh I find the name amusing...Audi Titty (TT)...what were they thinking?
Sure, one of the goals is to make a car so awesome, teenagers put posters up on their wall and aspire to be able to have that one day...but the car and name don’t accomplish that in the traditional sense lol

No you won’t. You want an R8.

I’ve
driven an R8 for a weekend
and yes, it’s a blast to drive, but not the ideal daily driver. If I had to choose on only one Audi, it would be the RS 7 over the R8. Now, if I had a regular daily driver plus another car, then yes, the R8 would be my choice.

Don’t forget to take a bunch of pics of the Sport Quattro too, please?
